2. STORE OPERATOR

MY CASA CONCEPT SRL is the merchant and operator of the MY CASA CONCEPT online store.

Through our online store, we sell home furnishing products, textile products, and other items, including sheer curtains, drapes, roman shades, blinds, and customized products.

The technical infrastructure of the online store is provided through the Shopify platform.

Any sales contract concluded through the store is entered into between the customer and MY CASA CONCEPT SRL.

3. PRICES

Product prices are displayed in the store and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs and any other applicable additional charges will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

4. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Consumers benefit from the rights provided by Romanian law and applicable European Union law.

For distance contracts, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

Products sold to consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.

For new goods, the seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity identified within two years from delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

7. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms made available by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), where the applicable legal requirements are met.

The use of ADR does not affect the consumer's right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
