Amsterdam AMS-02 Curtain – velvet elegance in light greige

The Amsterdam AMS-02 curtain is made from soft, pleasant-to-the-touch velvet in a light beige-grey shade. Its subtly textured surface and refined matte appearance give it an elegant character suitable for modern, minimalist, contemporary and classic interiors.

The dense fabric has a fluid drape and forms rich, uniform folds. With approximately 90% blackout properties, the curtain considerably reduces the amount of light entering the room and provides an enhanced level of privacy.

The dense velvet may also help reduce heat transfer around the window area, supporting a more comfortable indoor environment during both cold and warm seasons. Its solid-color design adds sophistication without introducing a visually busy pattern.

How to choose the correct size

Measure the total width of the curtain pole or track. For rich folds and a well-balanced appearance, the total fabric width should generally be approximately twice the width of the measured area.

Measure the height from the hanging system to the desired finishing point. For floor-length curtains, leave approximately 1 cm between the fabric and the floor.

If the curtain is installed next to a window that opens inward, leave approximately 20 cm of clearance so the window can be opened without catching the fabric.

The maximum available height is 275 cm.

Care instructions

• Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C

• Use a gentle washing cycle

• Use minimal rinsing and spinning

• Iron at a low temperature

• May be ironed with or without steam

• Do not use bleach

• Iron on the reverse side or use a protective cloth to help preserve the velvet texture

Curtains are sold by the panel. If you require curtains for both sides of the window, select the two-panel option or add two individual products to the cart, depending on the available options.

The blackout level may vary according to outdoor light intensity, window size and installation method. Velvet color can appear slightly different depending on the direction of the pile, room lighting, viewing angle and screen settings.
